The estimate by Bill was not just fair but very enlightening he explained alot to me and was very patient and through, also for coming out at the end of his day, he wasn't trying to look and run, he really took his time with me. Thank you Bill. Carson kept me notified as far as what the start date was even when we had to reschedule because of weather not cooperating, the day we ended up on (thank you mother nature) the crew showed up and went right to work after a 'walk around' to make sure everyone was on the same page. Amazing company. They kept me informed every step of the way. I loved the auto texts to let me know about any delays. I was getting my gutters and siding repaired during winter so some winter delays, but I was kept informed the entire time! Bill was great to work with! When taking with the team any questions were answered quickly.
