Kayla is the absolute best. She’s always on time (something my former military grandfather is very particular about), she’s proactive, kind, and goes above and beyond with communicating with us and ensuring Grandpa is well taken care of.
Kathryn, the supervisor, is also very communicative and happy to help or answer questions anytime. I’ve only spoken to Brad, the owner, once at intake but you could tell his heart is also in the right place and that he would go above and beyond if needed too.

We were at a crossroad. Do we put our mother into an assisted living facility? She could make friends, have her own little apartment! Have her own space. Be alone. We would not be able to be there every day to check on her needs. She would not have the daily love of waking up everyday with puppy kisses. She would miss out on seeing the grandchildren as they pop in and out of the house just to say “Hi, grandma, love you”.Griswold was our answer. We didn’t need them every day when we began.
