Mark was very informative about the performance issues we were dealing with. After performing a blower door test we discussed all of the options that were available to us. We began the project by air sealing the attic, removing inferior insulation and replacing with the proper amount of cellulose insulation. In addition, all of our ventilation fans ( bath and kitchen ) were properly installed to vent through the roof vs. venting into the soffits. This made a huge difference! We had Mark do an audit of our house, and he led us (willingly) in revamping many of the things we had put off while sending our daughters to college. He and his team did expert work installing siding and new windows, insulating the garage and basement, zoning the house for even heating and air-conditioning, and even regrading the front yard to keep water away from the house. We are totally happy with the work that was done. When our daughter's house suffered water damage, we asked Mark and his team to take care of those repairs, as well, and she was delighted with the results.
