I followed Michelle to the Brentwood Plaza store. She's the best and I appreciate her! You want to come to this store and see her.I used to go to the Promenade at Brentwood store, but the manager at that store is horribly rude and the hours are ridiculous and the store smells.

I love this Great Clips! Sonya has cut my hair 3 times, and beyond cutting it wonderfully (and I am VERY particular), she is so warm, personable, kind, and gracious, all traits sorely decreasing in this nation. I’m so grateful to have found her. All the staff members are wonderful — Nichelle, Aliyah, and others whose names I haven’t yet learned. I’ll just have to leave another glowing review when I know everyone. ? (Sorry if I misspelled any names!) Finally, I appreciate that people always answer the phone if I call to check hours or ask questions, and do so with courtesy! Thank you all!!!

I hadn't been to this location before, but they did a great job! Speedy and a fantastic haircut. The stylist shared a genuine love of cutting hair and was so friendly. They even came outside and pointed toward the Goodwill I'd mentioned wanting to visit next, which was so nice and really went above and beyond. Will return to this one, even though it's far from home!
