I am not easy to please to begin with, and the complete gut remodel of our kitchen has been a comedy of errors by every contractor who has walked through our door. Despite all of that, I have nothing but good things to say about Graniterra overall and about Kevin and Alecia in particular. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants stone in their home.

When our countertops were templated, there was a mistake made, which of course can happen to anyone. This mistake resulted in the cooktop not being centered under our exhaust hood and the sink not being centered in front of the window the way we believed they should be. As a Realtor, I often see many kitchen renovations that include new countertops and I see a range of colors and styles. As a homeowner, I recently completed my own renovation and had a special place that required special attention that not every supplier could meet.
Alecia, from Graniterra understood and went to bat for me by getting me exactly what I wanted.
It took three months, but she stayed on it and gave me regular updates of her progress. And YES! It's now in place and it's perfect!
Thanks to Alecia and to the professional fabricators and installers. I'm very happy.

What truly sets Graniterra apart is their people — especially Alecia Hancock. She made me feel so seen and supported throughout my design process. She let me view my slab and remnant in person and even walked me through mock-up templates right on the stone (which hardly any other vendor offers). That level of transparency and hands-on experience is rare — and it changes everything.

The installers were just as incredible — skilled, funny, and genuinely kind. They treated my project like their own, even helping clean up some heavy debris on my construction site that wasn’t theirs or part of their job. It’s the kind of extra care that sticks with you.
