We have been having a sewer smell in our laundry room and hallway bathroom for well over a year. We finally called someone, it was Gateway Sewer and Drain. Steven showed up, asked me what was going on and then he proceeded to figure out the best way to move forward. He went up on the roof and snaked all the way to the street. We had a toilet paper clog about 10 feet in on the drain running to the street. The smell is now gone. Hopefully that took care of the problem. I am cautiously optimistic. Steven was GREAT!!!!!! I would highly recommend them, especially if Steven shows up to do the work
Super clean, super courteous, very professional. Couldn’t recommend them enough. What a relief doing business with Gateway sewer and drain was. Everyone that worked on my sewer was in good spirits from the call to the visit. I know I have a trustworthy company to recommend or call in need. The crew came in and reassured me this was going to be fixed before they left and did exactly that. 110 feet of cable to hit the clog!
