I took my PS3 their to get fixed and a couple days later I found out that the Gpu was fried because of continuous overheating. A worker there named Josh told me how I could possibly get a new one so even tho my ps3 was not fixable I still give Gadget lab five stars because they were honest with me and they told me how I could possibly get a new system. Also the people their are really friendly.??

I went to the Gadget Lab off of Telegraph to purchase an IPhone 11. Kurt, who was temporarily at the location, not only sold me the phone but answered all of my questions. He provided extraordinary customer service. He even replaced my screen protector to fix a bubble that had appeared. I would totally recommend going to this business! Although Kurt works at the Chesterfield location, if the customer service is anything like Kurt’s then you’ll be in good hands.

I can't say enough positive things about Gadget Lab! I took my daughter's iPhone 7Plus in to get the screen repaired. She was upgrading to an iPhone 12 and we wanted to give her old phone to my mother. The screen was repaired quickly, but when we got the phone reset for my mother, the front microphone would not work (it was working before the screen was replaced). This was a really big deal because she uses voice text exclusively. We went back in and the professionals at Gadget Lab spent a lot of time trying to trouble-shoot the problem.
