What amazing service! Andy arrived within an hour of me calling Fast Help. He assessed the issue, got to work and had the clean up finished quickly. His colleague Kelly arrived soon after to haul away the debris. As promised, Andy came back two days later to make sure the basement was dry and to apply the antimicrobial treatment. And upon discovering another small issue offered to come back to fix that. The customer service was outstanding and I would give them a 10 out of 10 rating!
I noticed that my basement was cooler that the rest of my house I called Fast Help and Jerry Elliot came to do an inspection he not only found areas where the air was leaking but he immediately fixed these things. I can feel the house cooler and the air moving easier to the second floor that used to be the warmer area due to the air hardly coming up. Thank you Jerry for the Fast help!
