Eric Ruden was fantastic. I am a first time home buyer and this was my first time having a home inspection. He was very thorough with his explanations and I felt comfortable working with him. He was personable and clearly very knowledgeable

First I read inspector don’t let you in while home been in inspected but as soon as I met my inspector he greeted me first thing I ask if I could bring the two ppl with me he said yes. He even told me I could take pictures so I’ll know where I want to put things he also told me me I can ask any questions while he’s inspecting

Not once or twice but three times I have used this company. I was recommended them by my friend who used them before they bought their home. We had Paul do all three of our inspections and let me tell you they’re the best around. They explained so much and if we had any questions they got back to us in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone who is buying a house. They have seen us go through the worst houses and they gave their most honest opinion on things.
