Dr Adil is amazing. She is quick and to the point. 5 stars for removing my keloid at the fraction of what was quoted by another office. Also treating acne scarring here. Happy to be a patient here.
Downside: Incredibly difficult to get a hold of. I've called numerous times. Their portal constantly makes me reset my password. Once in the portal I cannot message the doctor that I have. The only options to message are people I've never heard of. If you need to reschedule an appointment, you're forced to call or book through the site like a new patient.
I think this office is wonderful! All of the staff are very friendly and professional. From the moment you are greated by the receptionist you will feel taken care of. I work in retail and sales and she has one of the best customer service attitudes I've ever experienced! I and my 6yr old son both see Dr. Adil and I love how she is so caring for for him and she is very straightforward and we set up a plan for addressing our needs. I would highly recommend Epiphany to all my friends and family.
I had the pleasure of working there for a year and a half and it was with some really great staff! I was also a patient of Dr. Adil, which I still see. They were very good with the patient's and care a lot about taking care of their needs. The only issue has always been a lack of staff honestly. Not really a fault of the hard-working people that come in daily working hard for the patients. Dr. Adil is very knowledgeable, and through as a provider. Shes is also the sweetest human being. It's a great place w/ wonderful doctors and staff in the front and the back. There are just a few issues with staffing.
