I am so grateful to Dr. O'Connor and his staff as I have had some dental work done that wasn't good. I spoke with many dentists before deciding to have Dr. O'Connor do the work I needed. Dr. O'Connor told me about the procedure and cost. He answered all my questions and was upfront with what I could expect. I am impressed with the staff as well. Jaquelynne is very kind and organized. It was helpful to get things to our insurance. Everyone in the office made my and my wife feel comfortable. Dr. O'Connor just completed my surgery and denture fitting. Wow amazing!! Can't say enough, such a patient friendly atmosphere. From the first call with Dr O'Connor putting me at ease thru the entire process! No pressure at all. I had a lot of detailed questions in the beginning and the team happily answered them all. Dr O'connor is a fantastic highly skilled Dentist no doubt about it. His is assistant Jacqueline is absolutely the best and provides the highest quality care with a very warm personal side. UPDATE to previous review. It's now been 7 months later and I got my final arches and I cried when I got home. My smile is beautiful! Tom is an amazing dentist and man in general. He and his assistant Jacqueline have been with me every step of the process. I couldn't imagine any other dentist treating me like they did. I felt like family.
