Sarah, an older BCBS Advocate, has been Outstanding in assisting my husband and myself regarding a couple poorly handled billing issues from two providers’ business departments. She truly advocated for us in every sense of the word getting back the refunds we deserved.
Young Isabel, my newly assigned Advocate, on the other hand, started out helpful then plummeted into petty immaturity by continually mispronouncing my last name and incorrectly leading me to believe for close to four months a Refractory eye exam would be fully covered. She then rudely retracted her information in a very unprofessional manner.
