I called all the way from Washington DC to St. Louis in the blind. I never expected to get such a lovely arrangement frome Delicate Flowers. This was a last minute request for a funeral. My coworker loved her mom and we all felt her loss, so I felt responsible for the outcome of the arrangement. After speaking with Mike I knew I made the right choice in florist. He was familiar with the funeral home and had a great sense 7-Elevenof capturing what I described on the phone. Everything was detailed and beautiful. He sent me visuals and the price was awesome. I didn't have to lift a finger. He followed up with me and I was so happy.
