Dan was really helpful throughout the whole process of selling our house. From getting our house ready to sell to getting us the best contract. Walking us through each step and keeping us informed about everything he was doing. His experience with the area and relationships with the community gave us a lot of confidence that we picked the right person to help us through the process.

Dan got me the PERFECT house and managed to close in only about 3 weeks. I don't recommend anyone else but him.He's reliable, trustworthy, experienced, and very knowledgeable. You can trust him to find you a home that's a good fit for you, and to explain to you his reasoning behind what choices might be good/bad. He's also dedicated, extremely responsive, and does everything he can to make the process as smooth and painless as possible.

Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Dan! It was our first time buying a house, so we were not sure what to expect (especially in this market). Dan was there from day 1 to walk us thru every part of the process and answer any questions that came up along the way. He went way beyond simply showing us the house and used each tour as an opportunity to educate us on buying, repair, and maintenance. The areas where we were looking had predominantly older homes, so we were concerned about balancing charm with necessary repairs. Dan carefully inspected each home (from basement to attic) before offering us his recommendation on whether it would be a good fit for us or not. When we found a home we loved and were ready to offer; Dan gave advice on inspections, contingencies, and a whole host of other considerations. He even personally pulled a flood plain report for one home to be sure that we didn’t need flood insurance. Dan took a ton of stress out of this process and really made us feel at ease and comfortable during a very challenging market. In the end, we found a home that we loved and got great terms on it due to Dan’s advocacy on our behalf. I am recommending him to any family / friends who ask!
