Front Page Lofts is a newly converted luxury living space in a historic building that once housed the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. Located in a central area, it offers easy access to popular attractions such as Busch Stadium, Enterprise Center, and a variety of shops and restaurants. The building features modern one and two-bedroom lofts with exposed historic ceilings, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops, providing stunning views of downtown St. Louis. Residents appreciate the convenient location, allowing them to walk to many destinations without needing to drive. The apartments are modern and reasonably priced, with some utilities and internet included. Amenities such as a clean lounge and gym, as well as responsive management, enhance the living experience. However, parking can be a challenge, as there is no attached garage; residents usually opt for nearby parking options. Additionally, some apartments lack a cooking hood, which can lead to lingering smells. Overall, Front Page Lofts combines historic charm with modern conveniences, making it a desirable place to live in downtown St. Louis.
