I love living here! It’s very central to lots of fun things to do downtown, and the apartment itself is really nice. Parking is cheap compared to most apartments near by if you park at the AT&T garage, which is just a short walk from the building. The lounge and gym are always really clean and the management staff are always nice!
Just moved in but so far everything has been great! Quick response times whenever I need something, security systems for the building is great and I’m in love with my apartment! Glad I chose FPL!!!
I have been living here for about 2 months. The moving in process was easy and management is very easy to get a hold of. For the most part I have enjoyed living here.
Pros: Building is nice, apartments are modern with all new finishing and appliances. If you like a little more modern touches this is your place. The rent is reasonably priced and they include a few utilities and internet. There is a gym and a nice common/lounge area. I haven’t heard any of neighbors through the walls much although other tenants I’ve spoke to have. The location is great as you can literally walk to anywhere downtown.
