My husband and I have been getting our computers repaired by Computer Problem Busters for several years. They always provide excellent service and resolve any problems we have with the computers.
Eytan and his company have been fixing my computer and general tech stuff (printer, scanner) etc., for my law office and my home for years now. I have been consistently impressed by his competence and his low price for the amount of work he does. His response to my inquiries for HELP!! is always prompt and he tries hard to make sure he does it remotely so I don't have to disconnect and take my laptop in for a day or two and thereby lose work time. "DID YOU SEARCH FOR COMPUTER REPAIR NEAR ME? CALL CPB FIRST - YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU DID!" I'm glad I did. My Surface Pro could not connect to the internet all of a sudden. I did everything I knew to do (reboot router, modem, computer, on- board diagnostics, etc.) all to no avail. Saw CPB listed on yelp and gave them a call. After describing the problem to Becky, she suggested I bring it in for diagnostics. Got a call the next day from Eytan who said that probably due to a firmware update on the internal Wi-Fi adapter, it was no longer compatible to my wireless router. He disabled the adapter and inserted a USB wi-fi adapter and voila! Back in business.... read full review
