We have used Commercial Kitchen Services for multiple jobs. Mike goes above to ensure he sends the technicians out quickly and they address our business issues. On the most recent call out, we were able to resolve the issue prior to the anticipated arrival of the technician. When I called to cancel, the technician had just arrived and Mike asked his technician to ensure we had the issue fully resolved and stay until the machine worked properly. They went above and beyond with their actions and did not charge for the call out! Thank you Mike!
