I took my wife to this location on Butler Hill Rd. after she complained her prescription wasn’t right that she received at the Festus Clarkson Eyecare location. The OD, Michael Katich, at this location did an examination & said the previous examination & script was completely wrong. The OD was thorough & provided additional information that wasn’t given at the Festus location & a new script. The staff was accommodating & friendly & we will definitely use this location verses the one in Festus. I was even willing to pay for another eye examination but they did it at no cost to us. Kudos to the team at the Butler Hill Rd. Clarkson Eyecare.

Allison at Clarkson Eye Care was so helpful with my emergency and showed what customer care is all about! I damaged my eyeglasses over the holiday weekend and needed a repair asap. She took care of it quickly and was sooo friendly! Thank you!

Service and level of care have kept me coming back for years.
Unfortunately, repeated issues with the billing service they are now using has me looking at options.
