I was very pleased with the Staff and the Dr. at my appointment. They are kind, respectful and caring. They also explain EVERTHING about your appointment throughout each step. Good customer service is #1 for me!

I’ve been coming to Clarkson for several years and it has always been a pleasant experience. The staff is exceptional especially today. Erika really made my heart happy today. There was an elderly gentleman in the office today who was having a hard time accepting that he needs new glasses to renew his driver’s license. She was extremely patient, helpful, and kept him calm. She handled his frustration so well he gave in a decided to get those glasses. Lol! You don’t see people have patience with the elderly like this much anymore. She’s a gem!

My experience was very pleasant from the moment I walked through the door I was greeted by professional who were kind, courteous, and Knowledgeable staff, It's sad these days you will not receive that at each establishment you go to, but this was not my 1st time at this particular location I have been going to them for years why would I go anywhere else. I would like to thank the staff at the Jennings Station location.
