City Paws is by far the best veterinary office I have ever been to. Not only are their services 10/10, affordable, and quick. It's the customer service and bedside manner that has REALLY been incredible. I have worked with Dr. Nguy throughout my year with CP but they also squeezed me in last minute with other vets who were also wonderful. It doesn't matter who is working front desk or is the vet tech, they are sweet, compassionate, and actually excited to see your animals. Going to the vet is soo stressful and scary, it really feels like a traumatic experience having to put your baby's life into another person's hands but I wholeheartedly trust them. Recently, my baby came in after being hospitalized at the ER vet over a weekend and I wasn't sure he would make it. I brought him in and they took care of him, observed him, adjusted his meds and less than a week later he is almost back to normal! They remember all my babies names and get genuinely excited when they come in and see them. The doctors don't rush you through talking about what is going on or make you feel stupid for asking questions. They do follow-up emails and calls that is so reassuring and helpful. I cannot express enough how good they have been and how much I appreciate being a client with them. I cannot recommend them enough!

I can't say enough good things about this clinic! I have two spicy cats and Dr. Nguy is the best vet we've ever had. She really takes the time to explain everything to us and make sure our fur babies are taken care of!

Great vet! They have a good front end office staff and the nurses and Dr. Mattes is great. We moved to STL recently and needed a new vet. Getting information and appointments were easy. We have 3 dogs and a cat, but never felt like a hassle.
