Helen gave me curls and textures I thought I'd lost to age. The haircut itself was a sweet experience (ask Helen about her side hustles!), although in the interest of full disclosure: whatever Helen did to help my hair help itself is really working its magic.
It's nice to be at ease with ourselves beyond what's skin deep, but the confidence boost from great hair for a few months is nice too. :)

First time coming here after moving from out of town. Vibe was great, atmosphere is very welcoming and Austin did an AWESOME job on my cut/fade and beard! I'm pretty particular about my hair and having both red/textured hair with waves/curls it takes a special person. Definitely found my barber in STL. Highly recommend Austin.

Beautiful salon/shop! Carrie is wonderful and provides an individualized cut. She was great with my child and welcoming to our family. She has years of experience with curls and it shines throughout the hair-cutting process. I'm grateful we were recommended to her because our expectations were exceeded. We walked around the three locations of the Chopshop and there are experienced professionals in so many areas of hair. If you are looking for a style done in a beautiful environment and a quality style l would recommend checking someone out at their location in the Grove.
