Our furnace had severe vibration issues. These guys came to inspect it and figured out it needed an induction motor and a blower motor to repair. When it came time to repair, the tech figured out that replacing only one of the parts would fix the issue. They saved us $800 by returning the unused motor. They would call and explain everything in detail throughout the process. I'm more than satisfied with their service and will be calling them every time I have HVAC needs. Have been a member of C&Gs ************ for about 5 years, which does annual checkups on furnace and air conditioners. Technicians are always very professional and friendly. Also very nicely explain what they are doing if asked. Repeatedly have done small fixes at no additional cost to prevent larger problems. Have not used them for larger repairs or replacements, but they will be my first call when I do.

I sent a request on Monday and they had a opening for Tuesday morning I jumped on it. My heat wasn't getting hot and since it was getting a little chilly outside I needed to have it looked ta. James came right in and found out what was going on. A bird was stuck in the unit. He cleaned it out and got me back up and running! I am very thankful for that!
