Customer service Has an attitude when trying to get oxygen supplies was very rude. Didn't have everything I needed to order. Also corrected my grammar when I pronounced Cannula incorrectly. Thanks for the grammar lesson, I hope you pronounce everything perfectly. There's no need to correct someone on a word when you know what they mean, it's just rude. This company needs better customer service that knows how to speak to customers politely. If you don't like your job, find a new one, no need to be rude to people. Been with BJC Home Care for over a year now for my portable CPAP and trying to get resupplied by them is like pulling teeth. Never had any issues with my other at-home CPAP supplier APRIA but for some reason it’s been nothing but issues with BJC. I would definitely recommend to explore what other options your insurance will pay for and go with a different company that’s more helpful.

Difficult to get anyone on the phone. They bill for statements that have been paid. I called and got a recorded message saying they were busy and to hang up and call back later. I have called 4 times. These people do not care.
