I purchased a home in June of 2023 that came with a nasty green concrete swamp. Unsure how to even turn the pump on, I knew I needed a professional. I called several pool companies begging for help but they were either book already for the season or they did not want to deal with the challenge. By chance, I came across Best Buy Pools while stuck in traffic one day and it was as if my prayers were answered. We stumbled upon this place when needing some chemicals and gave them a shot for our seasonal maintenance and closing. Their pricing is great and they are responsive. Finding a good pool company is tough if you don't have a million dollars. Also I just want to say that rich people are fussy so the one star reviews are suspect. This is our first house with a pool, we don't know what we're doing, and over 5 years, 3 other companies have really failed us so we keep having to look for someone else. I've appreciated Best Buy's advice and prompt work. And as a local business owner, I will always go out of my way to support local businesses. I am happy to have found them.

Bought a house that had a pool. The company that built and previously took care of the pool notified us they were too busy to continue servicing us. Pandemic was evidently good business? We were in a pinch, summer was starting and we were helpless. We were recommended Aaron and Best Buy pools. He came out the next day after we called them. Took care of us and continues to this day. We have a problem I give him a text and it resolved quickly. We keep our hot tub open all year and they continue to service us. Couldn't ask for nicer or better service!
