I’ve been coming to this nail salon since I was just two years old, and it continues to be an amazing experience every time! Jill at the front desk is always warm and welcoming—she greets me with a smile and makes me feel right at home the moment I walk in. Eric is incredibly talented and friendly. I usually get dip powder on my nails, and he shapes them perfectly every time. Anne is another standout—she does a fantastic job not only with nails but also with eyebrow waxing. I constantly get compliments on my brows thanks to her! The team here truly goes above and beyond.
I have lived in EVERY state and always come here (or Big Bend) when I'm in town. They have the basic mani/pedi down to a science, the rates are outstanding, and I LOVE that I can walk in. The level of service has been pretty consistent regardless of whom I get. It's the Starbucks of nail places with consistent recipes.
Missing star is just bc of the increased wait times (> 1 hour, with not many people. Ive been here during much busier times with less wait). Bringing awareness to supply/demand.
Ps, the "new" front desk lady is awesome and really adds a personal touch!
I absolutely love Beautiful Nails!!! Kathy is one manicurist I've known to be there for 20 or more years. She's awesome I had my first experience with the young man that sits in the front He was really good My new fav actually I wish he did pedicures The quality of their work is just impeccable It's always clean and quiet and full of class. I go to different nail shops depending on what I want But I always come back to Beautiful Nails when I want a clean classy flawless look I never have a complaint They never have a rookie in there. Don't you hate when you go to a nail shop and they put someone new on your hand?? It's hardly ever any waiting And most of the workers have standing set clients. Before you leave you set your next appointment. The woman at the front desk, I have watched her age gracefully She has been at that front desk forever I just love it there and even tho I've been visiting other nail shops I'm back home for a while I wish I could shout out the man who just did my nails. I don't know his name. But he was amazing Precise Took his time And delivered what I wanted Exactly how I wanted it I think I'm going back today to get a pedicure!
