I am thrilled with my new tub/shower replacement. Our walls had tile that allows produced mold. It soooo nice that its all brand new and I love taking a bath in the new tub. I didnt realize that the new tub didnt have an incline for bathing making it uncomfortable but I resolved that with getting a bath pillow. There was an issue with the plumbing, a maintenance crew came out the next day an easily repaired it. The work crew was very polite and friendly, their working banter was nice. I could tell that they all really respected each other and valued others skills. Happy employees do good work.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Salesman was very knowledgeable and not at all high pressure. Installer was friendly and did high quality work. Zero mess when he left. Highly recommend!

Best customer service ever. ***** came out on a Sunday night around 7:00 pm. He replaced the spigot in a matter of minutes. He was very skilled and professional. An asset to Bath Fitter. Thank you!
