Averill helped us with a heating issue a while back so naturally we called them to look at our air conditioner. Very nice people. Great service.

I recommend their professionalism and quality of work done. They were out the day after their quote was delivered. Their competitor was actually 250 dollars cheaper but due to the floor being damp from slight drip in the sink above the furnace area the serviceman who looked like he just fell off of a bar stool said " I ain't working in this shit". So for a plastic tarp which cost me $2.88 I got a team of professionals at Averill who took their time to walk me through all of the steps to make me feel comfortable with what they were doing. Sure I paid 250$ more but it was worth every penny knowing that I have a team of professionals on my side. The other company Somethingitch should take a lesson from this. First of all, Sales 101: The customer who is getting ready to spend a few thousand dollars likes to know what they are paying for and why. Sales 201: The service-people represent the company and should look the part. For example, try brushing your hair maybe and try not insulting the customer's home with profanities. Averill has my recommendation every time. Word of mouth is a strong thing to have on your side.

We used Averill Heating and Cooling a few weeks ago to replace both our AC's, Furnaces, and humidifiers. I called up on a Friday morning and by the afternoon Mark was at my house looking over things and giving his recommendations on a replacements. He even said he was going to make the duck work larger for better air flow. No one else offered that or how they arch the returns. The special touches is what counts. When we decided to go with Averill they were not able to come for a week and it was supposed to get hot. He came out and charged our first floor that was low and leaking. That was super nice of them. The day of the install 4 men showed up and went to work. They estimated 6 hours to do the job. The installers Mike, Chris, Shannon and Brandon were awesome. They explained everything when they were doing the install and cleaned up well after themselves. They ran into no issues during the install and finished pretty close to their 6 hour estimate. We greatly appreciate their professionalism and care to us the customer. We will be using them for all our service needs and will recommend them to friends and family. Thank you again!
