They switched CPAs on us and asked if we would like an introductory call. We agreed with no discussion of cost and then had a 1 hour phone call with nothing substantial discussed. We received a bill for $2000 for the phone call. $2000.

A belligerent violation of my rights, my finances and privacy - sharing personal tax information and privileged information with parties without my knowledge or authorization. With the intent to cheat a loyal wife and a devoted mother of 3 for 17 years - repulsive. Without my knowledge, directive, or consent of a loss of my sole proprietorship - resulting in a forgery, fraud tax deduction/refund absorbed by my estranged husband tax filing. Against my specified instructions, Anders allocated and cross-mingled tax losses to my business to his individual income tax return without my authorization. The Bullying, Fraud, Violations, Forgery, Lies, Ethics Violations, Identity Theft, Embezzling, Malice, Tax Fraud, Enabling, Intent to do Harm, Unjust Enrichment, Harassment, Retaliation, the Gluttony, the cruelty of crushing of an individual, a wife, a mother, a family - for money and power! There is no justification, only the reason.

We used them for our taxes due to multiple forms of income. their prices were extremely high and the work was not exceptionally different from our current CPA. They also charged us $2000 for a 1 hour phone call without disclosing the cost associated. This phone call was due to them switching CPAs on us. No where was this cost discussed or presented in a contract/retainer. Predatory business practices, in my opinion. I recommend finding a different firm.
