They admitted to losing three of my custom shirts. Two months later still cannot get any resolution from customer service. I have contacted them 3 times regarding this issue and no one cares or returns calls. Stay away!

Moved to Kirkwood and decided to try the American Cleaners on Manchester road in 63122. Took in a white shirt in to be laundered and it came back with dirt all over it. I brought this up to Claire who apologized and said she would have it cleaned again at no charge. As she wrote the ticket to have it cleaned again, Ms. Hilda said to Claire. "Tell that man he gonna have to pay for that his self. We don't spot check our shirts and we don't do no cleanings for free." Mind you I was right at the counter and I told Ms. Hilda that I was standing right there. Ms. Hilda was probably one of the rudest employees I have ever encountered. Claire said she would have the manager give me a call tomorrow, that never happened. I called up looking for the manager and both employees refused to give me their names and refused to give me the name of the manager as well. Do not go to this location, save yourself the headache.

Cheap ($4.99 dry clean any garment, $3.99 w/ coupon). They have a friendly staff, they tell you their prices upfront, they take coupons, and I haven't had a problem yet. They have cleaned about a dozen items for me in the past month. Only downside is that they are cash-only.
