We have had shirts come back twice with some kind of dark marks on them. They looked better when we brought them in. There is also a lady that works there who continually tease me about my last name even when I asked her once not to and the last time when I firmly told her to stop it. I will not go there anymore.

Just returned home with 3 coats I had cleaned at this cleaners. They looked worse than when I took them. I opened the bags to find them wrinkled, full of lint and dog hair (I don’t own a dog) and sleeve hems falling down. The worst part was that I had to open the linings to straighten out the shoulder pads. This could all have been avoided if only a little care had been taken when hanging each garment. I called to express my dissatisfaction and the lady offered to have them redone - of course I didn’t want more of the same!! So if you don’t care about the condition of your coats, go ahead and take them here, but I won’t be returning.
