First time using them. I have a viking refrigerator. The manufacturer recommended all American Appliance to service. They showed up on time. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. Fixed my issue that day and ordered other parts I wanted replaced. Will definitely call them if I have any other issues.
Nick quickly demonstrated that the refrigerator was OK by using an extension cord from another outlet. Wish I had thought of that. The problem is in the circuit, and he doesn't do electrical work.
