Worked for Aerotek a year ago around this time. They got me in quick and set up a job for me. Everything was good for 2 months minus the lack of communication on their part. They have an issue with picking up their phone. I was taking one of my coworkers on their payroll to/from work when she wasted food all in my car and wouldn't clean it. After attempting to contact Aerotek, specifically Olivia at the time, no one picked up. To avoid any complications or alterations I quit. These people are rude and inconsiderate lady told me they're not a temp service they "contract to hire" as if it's not the same thing change your description if you're no longer an employment agency also after I told the recruiter I didn't have a covid vaccine she immediately told me she had no other positions I'm qualified for I would not recommend My name is Unique Bowens and the location that I called was Creve Coeur, Missouri. Based on these reviews perhaps you need to reevaluate your staff at that location.
TLDR: Do not work with Aerotek
Started off positive. Sam was really great. Communication daily with assisting finding me a job. Interviews pretty quickly too. Landed a job. Unfortunately wasn't a fit. Once the contract from the job ended, Sam never responded to any form of contact. They also never paid me for 2 days worth of work either. Claiming I would get it.
