Very experienced and amazing customer service. Mr. Yasir is very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed my fridge issue within 5 minutes, ordered the parts and he was able to repair the next day. Highly recommended!!!
I first used A Behrens about 13 years ago and was extremely satisfied. Mr. Behrens retired a few years ago but not before training Mr. Imram to take over. He first took care of my dishwasher and I've called him twice since then - both times to fix our apparently broken ice maker. The first time, he figured out that our problem was that we needed a new filter - not a new icemaker. Saved us hundreds of $$!Skip ahead about 8 months and the icemaker is again acting balky and leaking & stopped making ice for 3 days . Would he come again and replace the icemaker which SURELY was this time really broken??This time the problem wasn't the icemaker, it was the water valve that was malfunctioning. He replaced that in about 45 minutes and once again saved us hundreds of $$. He is a good technician and an honest person. He calls when he says and shows up when he says and know what he's doing. He works cleanly and efficiently. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
The owner, Yasier, repaired my Samsung refrigerator. Firstly, his wife answered the phone and promptly scheduled an appointment for me. She was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the process. Yasier then explained in great detail the necessary repairs needed to get the refrigerator working again. Despite my busy work schedule during the week, Yasier graciously accommodated my needs and arranged to come out on the weekend for the repair.
