This review is long and thorough, but should answer any questions a prospective client might have.A little background:My mother was diagnosed with dementia about 18 months ago. She is 66 years old, single, low income, lives alone, and her only child (me) lives several hundred miles away. I visit frequently, but can't be there all the time. I've been with this company for awhile and I will be for a long time to come. They've helped me raise money to pay my gas bill as well as make a general donation toward my bill. The owner also helped me apply for SAFHR rental assistance and my rent was paid up for three months. The owner is very kind and generous with her time and knowledge. I tell friends and family about 1st Ally all the time.

The caregivers 1st Ally sent took such good care of my mom despite staffing shortages and COVID. 1st Ally made sure we had caregivers there to help us every day. They always answer the phone no matter the time of day and returned missed calls right away if i called outside of business hours.
