This review is for Dylan, who repaired the boiler system in the house we moved into in June. He explained to us everything he was repairing and why. He knows his stuff and does it well. My only issue is with the company that bought out St Joe Plumbing and Heating...P1. We thought we were calling a locally owned company but found out that P1 bought them out. They are still using the St Joe P&H name...felt like it was a bait and switch.

They are now P1. The only reason for not giving a 5. I was happy about the service received but a little taken aback by the almost $300 bill for just talking with a tech for a quote. Granted, we talked about business, but not the whole time he answered his phone. We talked about kids, military, if I had known I was on the clock for conversation, I definitely would've been very pointed and as should he.
