Servpro of St Joseph was contacted about a mold issue and were able to meet with me on the same day. They had one of their service representatives come out the next day and complete the needed remediation for the mold issue. I was very pleased with the rapid response and the professional aptitude of the employees of Servpro. I would recommend their services.
Sean and Barry were at our home within hours of our call. They were very professional, explained everything they were going to do and gave us a time frame in which the job would be complete. They worked together as a team and accommodated all of our needs. I would highly recommend Serv Pro and Sean and Barry.
Brought in Servpro to handle a water damage mitigation. Was very impressed with the way they run their business: great communication from Matt (coordinator) and Lukas (led the mitigation work), everything seems well documented, crews show up exactly on time and do what they said they’d do, Aidan checked in daily to monitor moisture and move to the next stage, etc.[added later] Also went smoothly for the repair process with Kraig, Eduardo, Adam, and Peter. Looks good as new!Getting flooded and dealing with the damage is not fun, but I can recommend Servpro (St Joseph) as good partners to get past it smoothly.
