The dispatcher worked efficiently to contact and confirm a technician. Lee, the assigned team member, was timely, polite, and friendly. He described the situation and the anticipated procedure. He kept the work site clean and explained the final solution and next steps. I would request help from Roto-Rooter again.
Had basement floor drain backup, Jeremy got here in timely fashion, was polite, professional and thoroughly examined what could be going wrong.
He got the drain flowing smoothly after snaking and took extra time to double check p-trap and his work. Appreciated his work and would recommend Roto Rooter again ( this was Saturday night and they got here within an hour!)
45 minutes after we discovered a clogged floor drain and water on the floor and called Roto-Rooter, the technician was at the door. He was very polite, and worked efficiently. He only had to clear a short distance to the sewer line and had it done in a few minutes, so he even gave us a price break.
