I had called several companies and only one responded, then never got back with me on anything even when I reached out. I gave up and called Rose Roofing. They were out within a week to take a look the chimney on my very high roof. They were then out the following week to get back up and fix the potential problem. I am so pleased with their response time and the fairness in price. They told me if I suspect it is still leaking after a rain to give them a call and they will come back.
