I have seen Dr. Walsh in the past and liked him but then 1 time after looking at a certain spot he wanted me to go to a surgeon and have it removed. I chose to get a second opinion and the other doctor simply froze it off and it’s never came back. Recently I had a facial rash come up and I called to get an appointment and the receptionist was very rude. I happened to mention hives and she said they don’t treat hives. She told me I would have to go to my regular doctor. I did and my doctor said I needed to be seen by a dermatologist! The soonest I could get in was 4 months even with my doctor setting up the appointment! After finding a different dermatologist that got me in within a week I kept Dr Walsh’s appointment as I wanted a second opinion. A few days before the appointment they cancelled my appointment and said they don’t treat people with rashes! My cousin has been treated by them for a rash for a long time. Everything they said to me were lies! After I finally convinced them I really just wanted a second opinion because my facial condition was not much better they scheduled me for a month later! Just today they called and canceled my appointment again! I found the receptionist very rude and unprofessional! I will never go back and won’t refer anyone to them! Very disappointing to be treated like this!

Has been my Dermatologist for 9 plus years . Very through and is very knowledgeable. Would not see any other doctor for my skin screening.

Very helpful and qualified doctor! Receptionists/nurses are not always the most polite on the phone, but are friendly enough in person or so I have experienced.

If I could leave a zero star I would. The staff was very unfriendly when I called and acted like they could care less if the doctor saw me or not.
