I cannot recommend Refined Beauty enough! Dakota is truly a gem when it comes to hair. She consistently nails the exact look I’m going for and knows how to achieve the perfect blonde every time. Not only is she incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, but she also creates such a warm and welcoming environment that makes every appointment feel like a treat.
