“I love the Red Light Therapy sauna! It’s amazing :) I have worked in steel toe boots on the concrete floor in the cold for going on 21 years and this is by far the best thing for my aging body & mitochondria. It has other benefits too- not sure exactly what, they can tell you. The workers are friendly & knowledgeable. Some day, when I can afford to, I plan on trying out a few of their other amazing ideas!“
