The workman was knowledgeable and fast. Solved and fixed problem in short time. I appreciate they can charge for half hour service. Some companies I talked with wanted $160.00 to show up. My sister and friend use HK and they are happy with services also. I’m extremely glad I used HK service.

Can I give a 6 star rating?? I will only use HK quality HVAC from here on out. I will be upgrading my whole house unit with them. Dwight answered his phone twice, showed up when promised, fixed my AC in 40 minutes and I was good to go for a price which was 3-4 times (LESS) than the competing company I had in just days before. What a novel business acumen. No fancy answering VM, no lack of call backs, no scare tactics for higher priced components, no extended expensive service agreements and no price gouging!!! Please note folks, no company is perfect, but Dwight and his crew IMO run an HONEST business. Save the headaches and get charged a FAIR price for a good service.... read full review

Our a/c wasn't working and we had a guy from Cornelius look at it. He told us it was burnt up and we needed a whole new unit. HK came out and the wires just needed fix on the new thermostat we put in. Nice and cool in the house now. Thankful for the honest service!
