I contacted Josh about a problem with our dryer. He was able to get to it the very next day and showed up right when he said he would. Got our dryer working again good as new. I will not hesitate to call him again when in need and neither should you!

I recently contacted Guaranteed Appliance Repair for my broken Whirlpool dishwasher. They responded promptly, and Josh came out to diagnose the issue. After identifying the problem and the necessary part, he checked if the part could be shipped to him. He assured me that he would call to schedule a repair appointment once the part arrived.
True to his word, Josh called as soon as the part arrived and scheduled a convenient time to fix the dishwasher. He arrived on time and repaired the dishwasher efficiently.
