I was stranded and Mike in the parts department helped me get my truck the correct parts that I needed and was super friendly and also helpful to ensure that I had a great quality time at this business five stars. The most driver friendly staff I’ve ever seen. They didn’t solve my problem with DEF tank, since my company decided to fix it under warranty but they were amazingly friendly and ready to fix it if my company paid cash.

I can’t thank the crew enough at Dave’s for their exceptional service. I was halfway through a trip from Vancouver Island to L’Ville KY when I had a check engine light in NE. The shop there totally tried to rip me off so down the road I went. The truck died in St Joseph and I was right next to Dave’s so I tried them. They were true to their from the estimate to the bill. I was kept informed and educated all the way through. I now know more about my DEF system than I really wanted….but I am appreciative nonetheless lol. Thanks to Caleb and Oscar for making time for my truck and getting me back on the road same day. You guys are truly professionals.
