I had a wonderful experience with WD&M! The customer service was outstanding and the install team did an awesome job! I had 16 windows and 2 doors replaced and couldn’t be happier! Nice to see there are still quality companies and people who are upfront, do what they say and follow through with their commitment!
In January Windows, Doors, and More in St. Charles replaced over half our windows and a door. Zach, with whom we dealt, was knowledgeable, friendly, rand responsive. He was pleasant to work with both during the process of getting bids, and afterwards once we chose them for the job. He offered several choices, but his suggested one -- a mid-line window -- proved according to my own research, to be the most practical way to get good quality windows least-cost.The installers were skilled, efficient, friendly, and did a quality job. The installers were on time and very professional. They installed the windows quickly and explained the process of completing the warranty. They also explained how to use the windows to their full potential (cleaning and venting).
