Paul Bendyk inspected a building I was purchasing in October of 2018. He stated one of the furnaces was "2-4 years old" - come to find out, the system was really 9 years old, more than twice the age he advised. This system had to be replaced this year and it was only discovered that he made this considerable oversight. Upon contacting him, he advised he would refund absolutely none of the inspection cost nor bear any of the cost of his mistake. Do yourself a favor, avoid this fraud who does not know what he is doing nor stand behind his work.
