highly recommend Bryan Wiggs..... used him few times in past when trying to buy a home in 2016-2017
He was AMAZING & even my parents loved his final report & took the time to explain in detail of what he found that were an issue & how it can be corrected.... my parents even recommend him to their friends when they have a chance too
very very thorough & saved us from buying a house that the owners did not want to fix the 4major issues in order for us to buy the home; used him again on our home now & got the minor issues the sellers fixed in order to make the sale to us
so definitely call this place up & ask for Bryan

We had Bryan come out and perform a radon test on the home we are buying, and we are so thankful! The house has very, very high radon levels, but it is so easily fixed, that just knowing made it easy to deal with.
Before this, we had no idea that radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer in the US. Glad we are able to get this fixed before we move in.
Inspection Services! Derek was professional, thorough, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. I truly appreciate his attention to detail and would definitely recommend A-Pro to anyone buying a home!
