“This is not an actual company with their own employees, they use subcontractors and a call center with people from another country you can barely understand taking their calls. All that aside, we got a call back from the lock man within minutes, he immediately came to our house and made us a brand new car key for our car that we had lost. We unfortunately had to break open the glove box to get the code to make the key but other than that it was a good experience. It was $185 for a brand new key and programming it. I feel like that is a really good price. If you call car dealerships or other battery shops they will quote you $500-600 bucks. So you really can’t beat that. I will be using this lock man again!
