Patrick just did a full remodel of our bathroom, including: flooring, tub replacement, necessary plumbing re-routing & installation of shower plus tub faucet, and replacing the entire surrounding tile with new tile. We were extremely impressed with Patrick's work ethic, professionalism, skill, communication (via text, email & in person), tidiness, attention to detail, friendliness, reliability, and very reasonable/honest rates for his labor.He obviously takes tremendous pride & responsibility in his work, and our bathroom turned out better than we could have dreamed! Patrick has done several projects at our house over the years. This includes everything from tiling our kitchen floor, to hanging display cases on the wall, to replacing drywall, to replacing light fixtures and water faucets. Patrick is always my first call when we have work that needs done. He is timely, the prices are fair, the quality is fantastic. He is also just a very nice guy. We are very pleased with the deck that Patrick built for our home. Patrick built our new cedar deck in less than a week and kept us posted on the progress. He hauled off the old materials and cleaned up after the job was completed. Patrick began the work when he promised.We felt that Patrick's bid was reasonably priced. Patrick responded within a day or two to all our questions and was reachable via email or phone. In my opinion, Patrick was timely, responsive, reasonably priced, and professional. We will do business with him again.
