Working with Aptitude was a 5 star experience. I can’t say better things about working with Aptitude Design and Build. They were extremely professional, upfront on pricing as well as competitive on bids, held their timeline and did great work. What more can you ask for?! Their work was thorough and completed with high standards. You could see their expertise and experience throughout the whole process. Working with all members of their team was enjoyable and comfortable. Which is important because workers are in your home for months depending on project duration. Aptitude Design and Build did an amazing job re-finishing part of my basement. The detailed estimate and reasonable price is what led me to choose Aptitude to begin with. They were very responsive to all of my questions and concerns throughout the process, and flexible with an additional change that I wanted after the start of the project. There were a couple of delays due to things that were discovered along the way (cracks in the foundation hidden by previous paneling/drywall, etc), but they brought those to my attention and facilitated getting them taken care of. We had a wonderful experience with Aptitude Design & Build. From start to finish, the entire team was extremely professional and helpful. They had amazing ideas about what would work in the space and created a design that was better than anything I could have dreamed of. It was a large project, and the entire team did a great job with limiting the chaos as much as possible. I would definitely recommend Aptitude and will call them again when I have any additional design projects!
